E-commerce Marketplace Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-Commerce & Marketplace Specialist to manage and expand our presence across online marketplaces, specifically Amazon or Noon. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, product listing, digital marketing, and account management.

Key Responsibilities For E-commerce Marketplace Specialist

• Manage and maintain marketplace accounts (Amazon, Noon, etc.).
• Develop and optimize product listings including titles, descriptions, images, keywords, and pricing strategies.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, conversion rates, and customer behavior.
• Manage advertising campaigns on Amazon (PPC Ads) and other digital platforms to drive traffic and sales.
• Oversee inventory levels and ensure product availability.
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth operation.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
• Generate performance and sales reports with actionable insights.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of proven hands-on experience in managing e-commerce portals.
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a relevant field is preferred.
• Advanced English (spoken and written) is required.
• Familiarity with platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Noon Seller Lab is a plus.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

• Knowledge of SEO and keyword research for product listings.
• Experience with marketplace marketing tools and advertising platforms.
