Hiring: Junior Business Developer

We are looking for a Junior Business Developer to join our team and help us grow by identifying opportunities, engaging clients, and driving successful project acquisitions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute Upwork bidding with a focus on winning quality projects
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and connect with potential leads
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and present solutions
• Coordinate with the technical team to prepare proposals and project plans
• Maintain relationships with new and existing clients

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Upwork bidding and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of software engineering and data-related fields
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach

Nice to Have:

• Experience in IT services, web & mobile app development, or data projects
• Understanding of proposal writing and client onboarding processes
