SEO & Paid ads Specialist

Responsibilities (SEO):

● Perform keyword research and identify organic growth opportunities for the interior design/luxury furniture industry

● On-page optimization: title tags, internal linking, header tags, HTML sitemap etc.

● Track key SEO metrics (traffic, ranking positions, CTR, bounce rate, etc.) and report

● Regular technical SEO audits: fixing broken links, page speed optimizations, mobile responsiveness, and crawlability

● Work closely with the content team to ensure SEO best practices for blog posts, landing pages and product descriptions

● Track competitors’ SEO strategies and identify potential backlink opportunities

● Maintain an SEO roadmap, tracking milestones and improvements

Responsibilities (Paid Ads) For SEO & Paid ads Specialist

● Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, YouTube, etc.)

● Develop relevant keyword strategies and ad creatives that align with campaign goals (driving traffic, lead generation, or sales)

● Analyze campaign performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, conversion rates, etc.) and report performance regularly

● Manage audience targeting and remarketing lists and ad budget allocation

● A/B test creatives and landing pages to optimize performance

● Work closely with the design team to create visuals for ads and campaigns

Requirements For SEO & Paid ads Specialist

● Minimum 1–2 years of experience in SEO and Paid Ads (agency or in-house preferred)

● Proficient in tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.

● Analytical mindset and can translate data into actionable insights

● Ability to multitask and juggle between different campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced work environment

● Keen to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in digital marketing, SEO, and ad platforms

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and confidently present ideas

● Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

● Basic understanding of digital marketing trends, competitors, and industry (home interior/furniture) best practices

● Strong time management and prioritization skills

● A proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude, motivated to learn and contribute to the growth of a fast-scaling luxury brand

● Prior experience in a media agency or digital marketing agency role is preferred but not required
