Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resource Analyst. The Human Resource Analyst will be responsible for analyzing HR data, managing benefits administration and maintaining HRIS. Daily tasks include creating reports, improving HR practices using data-driven insights, and supporting HR management in policy development and recruitment processes.

Qualifications For Human Resource Analyst

• Strong Human Resources (HR) knowledge and HR Management skills
• Proficient in Analytical Skills and Benefits Administration
• Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in managing remote teams
• Experience in hiring Software Engineers
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the tech industry is a plus
