Position Overview

We’re looking for a motivated, articulate, and resourceful Outreach & Lead Generation Specialist to connect with prospective clients.

What You’ll Do

– Cold Calling & Outreach: Make outbound calls to educate potential clients about Jardin Home Health’s services.

– Follow-Up: Send emails, respond promptly, and schedule follow-up calls based on interest and feedback.

– Document Conversations: Accurately log key points and responses using Google Sheets/Excel and Word.

– Scripted & Improvised Engagement: Follow a guided script while adapting conversations as needed to achieve results.

– Collaborate & Improve: Provide feedback on outreach strategy and continuously look for ways to improve messaging and conversion rates.

What We’re Looking For:

– Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)

– Proven ability to handle high-pressure or cold-call conversations

– Strong organizational and documentation skills

Nice to Have (Not Required)

– Experience with outbound marketing or sales in home health, hospice, or medical services
