Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support our call center operations. This role involves managing client-related data, optimizing workflows, and ensuring accurate recordkeeping for operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and capable of handling repetitive data processes with precision.

Key Responsibilities For Data Analyst

  • ClickUp Management: Open and manage ClickUp projects for clients, ensuring proper organization and task tracking.
  • Data Processing: Add unused zip codes to spreadsheets for tracking and reporting.
  • Automation Setup: Plug zip codes into existing automations to streamline call routing and reporting processes.
  • Data Documentation: Update and maintain list descriptions to reflect the most current information.
  • Group Assignments: Assign CID groups to relevant data sets and ensure correct categorization.
  • Quality Assurance: Regularly audit data inputs for accuracy and consistency.
  • Reporting Support: Assist in preparing operational reports as needed by the call center management team.

Qualifications For Data Analyst

  • Previous experience in a data-related role (data entry, analyst, or operations support preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel).
  • Familiarity with task management tools (ClickUp experience is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently and manage repetitive processes efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic understanding of automation tools (Zapier, Integromat, or similar) is a plus.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet remote work environment.
