Ecommerce Consultant

Reports to: Head of Customer Experience

We’re looking for an outgoing, proactive, and analytical eCommerce Consultant to join our CX team. You’ll play a hybrid role — part onboarding strategist, part account consultant — helping brands maximize their results with LiveRecover.

You’ll guide new clients through onboarding, build tailored recovery strategies, analyze performance data, and present actionable insights to help them grow. You’ll also act as a trusted advisor to our customers, identifying opportunities to improve recovery rates and long-term ROI.

What You’ll Do As Ecommerce Consultant

  • Lead onboarding sessions for new brands, ensuring flows, knowledge base, and strategies are set up for success
  • Educate clients on the value and impact of P2P SMS, helping them understand how it differs from traditional SMS marketing and how it can drive stronger results
  • Analyze account performance data to identify trends, blockers, and growth opportunities
  • Create and present account reviews with clear, actionable recommendations that align with each client’s goals
  • Serve as a strategic partner to clients, proactively advising on ways to improve recovery rates and ROI
  • Collaborate closely with CX, Product, and Agent teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Document and share learnings internally to improve processes and outcomes

What We’re Looking For In Ecommerce Consultant

  • 5+ years in client success, account management, or consulting (SaaS/e-commerce preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present insights clearly
  • Excellent communication skills — confident in presenting to clients and C-level executives
  • High intellectual curiosity and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and prioritize effectively
  • Available during US business hours
  • Shopify and e-commerce experience is a plus

Compensation For Ecommerce Consultant

USD $2,000+/month + Bonus Incentives + Equity
