Freight Broker / Dispatcher

About Us:

We are a transportation company operatingcargo vans, dry van and reefer across the USA and Canada under active DOT/MC authority. We are seeking an experienced Freight Broker / Dispatcher who can secure profitable freight, build shipper relationships, and manage day-to-day logistics operations. Our goal is to build long-term partnerships with professionals who understand how to maximize van operations in a competitive market.

Position: Freight Broker / Dispatcher (Remote – Pakistan Based)

Responsibilities

• Source and book profitable freight for cargo vans, dry van & reefer via load boards, brokers, and direct shipper contacts.
• Negotiate rates to maximize revenue and ensure steady freight opportunities.
• Maintain strong broker and shipper relationships for long-term business.
• Ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations, including knowledge of ELDs, logbooks, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate pickups/deliveries, track shipments, and provide timely updates.
• Handle documentation, rate confirmations, and billing coordination.

Requirements

• Proven experience in freight brokerage/dispatching with USA & Canada exposure.
• Existing broker/shipper network (book of business) is highly valued.
• Proficiency with load boards (DAT, Truckstop, Loadlink, Selectus, etc.).
• Strong understanding of FMCSA compliance and transportation regulations.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
• Based in Pakistan, available during US/Canada business hours

Pay Structure

• Load board loads: 3–5% of gross revenue (performance-based).
• Direct shipper / book of clients loads: 6–8% of gross revenue.
• Commission-only model – no fixed weekly/monthly fees.
