Job Description

 As an Amazon Virtual Account Associate, you will provide dedicated support to third-party sellers on the Amazon Marketplace, helping them optimize their accounts, resolve issues, and grow their businesses. This remote role requires a customer-centric approach, analytical thinking, and expertise in Amazon’s Seller Central tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with assigned seller accounts to drive performance and satisfaction. 
  • Troubleshoot account issues (e. g. , listing suspensions, payment delays) and guide sellers through Amazon’s policies. 
  • Analyze seller metrics (e. g. , order defect rate, inventory health) and recommend improvements. 
  • Educate sellers on tools like A+ Content, Sponsored Ads, and Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA). 
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e. g. , Compliance, Catalog) to resolve complex seller inquiries. 
  • Track performance against KPIs (response time, resolution rate, seller feedback).

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in account management, customer support, or e-commerce. 
  • Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central and Marketplace trends. 
  • Strong communication (written/verbal) and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment. 
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e. g. , Salesforce) is a plus. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Amazon Seller Central. 
  • Multilingual capabilities for global seller support.
