Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Medical Representative to promote our infant formula milk to healthcare professionals, including pediatricians, gynecologists, and pharmacists. The role involves creating awareness about our product’s benefits, building strong relationships with medical practitioners, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Promotion:
Present and detail the benefits of our infant formula milk to healthcare professionals.
Conduct product demonstrations and provide samples to doctors and pharmacies.
2. Relationship Building:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with pediatricians, gynecologists, and other relevant healthcare professionals.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and feedback.
3. Market Analysis:
Identify and analyze market trends and competitor activities.
Develop strategies to increase product visibility and market share.
4. Sales & Reporting:
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare regular reports.
5. Education & Training:
Educate healthcare professionals about the nutritional and safety aspects of our infant formula.
Attend training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, life sciences, or a related field.
Experience: Previous experience in medical sales, preferably in infant formula or related products, is a plus.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Self-motivated and results-driven.
Other: Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel within the assigned territory.
