Call Center Staff - ImmiEdu Consultants

ImmiEdu Consultants is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Call Center Staff member to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional English language skills, particularly in writing, with a strong attention to detail and a well-developed sense of common sense. This is not an entry-level position, so only experienced candidates need apply. The role requires on-site work in Johar Town, Lahore.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Provide accurate information regarding educational opportunities and services.

Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions.

Address customer concerns with professionalism and accuracy.

Ensure all communication is clear, concise, and grammatically correct.

Requirements:

Exceptional written and spoken English skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Previous experience in customer service or related fields is preferred.

Ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently.

Must be based in Lahore and able to work on-site.

Salary: PKR 60,000 to 100,000 per month (dependent on skills and experience).
