Key Responsibilities:

Assign tasks to team members and ensure timely completion.
Track and update task progress, maintaining a clear record of who did what, when, and how.
Use Excel and task management tools to create reports and analyze efficiency.
Follow up with the team to ensure tasks are completed as per deadlines.
Identify bottlenecks in workflows and suggest improvements.
Improve coordination between different departments for smooth operations.
Ensure all records are organized and accessible for performance evaluation.
