What You'll Do

2. Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat with confidence and clarity
3. Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate technical problems to the right team.
4. Guide customers through app features, updates, and processes

Document customer interactions and help identify service improvement areas

What We're Looking For

1. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
2. A tech-savvy mindset—comfortable with apps, web platforms, and basic
3. Previous experience in customer service (automobile or IT sector a plus)
