Role Description:
As our E-commerce Manager, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end operations and strategic growth of our online sales in the US. This includes managing product research, sourcing, listing optimization, marketing campaigns, order management, and performance analysis across multiple platforms like Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, and Shopify.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize US-based accounts on Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, and Shopify.
- Conduct product and market research tailored to US consumer trends.
- Coordinate product sourcing, packaging, and shipping with vendors.
- Create high-converting product listings: titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, and enhanced content.
- Plan and manage advertising campaigns (Amazon PPC, eBay Promoted Listings, etc.).
- Monitor performance metrics: sales, inventory, reviews, returns, and platform account health.
- Analyze reports and data to inform pricing, ad spend, and growth strategy.
- Stay current with platform-specific policies, tools, and best practices.
