About the Role:
We are looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Social Media Manager to oversee and manage the social media presence of two distinct brands. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and digital native who understands how to keep multiple social accounts active, engaging, and aligned with each brand’s voice.
You will be responsible for posting pre-approved content, generating supplementary material using tools like ChatGPT, engaging with audiences, and ensuring all platforms remain vibrant and on-brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Scheduling & Publishing
Post content across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) for both companies.
Use provided content (graphics, captions, videos) and schedule posts according to brand calendars.
Adapt content for platform-specific formatting and audiences.
Content Creation Support
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT to help draft captions, brainstorm content ideas, or adapt messaging when needed.
Collaborate with the internal team to stay aligned with marketing goals and campaign themes.
Community Engagement
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, brand-appropriate tone.
Engage with followers, relevant pages, and community accounts to boost visibility and interaction.
Account Management & Growth
Maintain consistent activity across all platforms.
Use insights and feedback to suggest ways to improve engagement or optimize content performance.
Reporting & Optimization
Track basic performance metrics (likes, shares, reach, comments).
Provide bi-weekly or monthly updates on social media performance.
Requirements:
Proven experience managing multiple social media accounts (bonus if across different industries or brand voices).
Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT for content generation.
Basic knowledge of social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later).
Ability to multitask and manage multiple brand calendars.
A proactive mindset with attention to detail and tone.
Nice to Have:
Experience with Canva, CapCut, or other content design/editing tools.
Prior background in marketing, communications, or digital content creation.
Understanding of trends on platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
