We are seeking a reliable, organized, calm under pressure and detail-oriented Truck Dispatcher to join our team. This is a REMOTE POSITION, therefore a stable and high-speed internet connection is required.

Experience is not required! We offer detailed training and are looking for someone who is committed, motivated, and quick to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search for, negotiate, and book freight loads using load boards and broker networks;
• Communicate all load details clearly to drivers including pickup/delivery times and instructions;
• Track and monitor shipments in real time using GPS;
• Maintain daily communication with brokers and drivers;
• Resolve delays, breakdowns, weather issues, and route changes quickly;
• Monitor driver Hours Of Service;
• Collect and submit Proof of Delivery, rate confirmations, and load paperwork;
• Manage detention, layover, TONU, and accessorial charges;
• Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and roadside service when needed;
• Work closely with safety, accounting, and operations teams.
