Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated fresh graduates to join us as E-commerce Operations Trainee. This is a beginner-level position that includes a structured two-month training program covering core e-commerce operations. No prior professional experience is required; however, a genuine interest in the e-commerce field and strong English communication abilities will be considered an advantage.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining and updating product listings across various online marketplaces
• Track inventory levels and support the order processing workflow
• Handle basic customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions
• Ensure product information and website content remain accurate and up to date
• Learn and apply introductory SEO techniques as part of routine tasks
