AL Moeed Tech is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Full Stack WordPress Developer with strong expertise in both back-end development and front-end UI/UX. The selected candidate will handle new and ongoing client projects, primarily focused on WordPress and WooCommerce platforms.

This role provides a clear career growth pathway, with opportunities to progress into Team Lead or Project Manager positions and eventually lead development teams. The position is based at our office in Tajpura Scheme, Canal Road, with working hours from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, code, test, implement, and document WordPress and WooCommerce solutions.

Work collaboratively with business teams and system architects to gather technical and functional requirements.

Deliver new features, resolve issues, and maintain high-quality performance of business applications.

Conduct architectural research and prepare detailed documentation including user specifications, UI flows, and test plans.

Build WordPress websites from scratch, converting PSD/figma designs into HTML and custom WordPress themes.

Customize and optimize ThemeForest themes based on project requirements.

Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables according to customer needs.

Create responsive, modern, and visually appealing designs and convert them into fully functional themes and plugins.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum one year of professional experience in a software house environment in Lahore or equivalent experience with WordPress and WooCommerce.

Strong command of PHP-based WordPress development, including custom plugin and theme development.

Solid understanding of WooCommerce, eCommerce workflows, payment gateway integrations (such as PayPal), and Google Analytics.

• Experience with CRM tools is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, PHP, and MySQL is essential.
• Familiarity with SEO, SMO, and PPC marketing techniques.
• Ability to work effectively using Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc.).
• Good sense of color combinations, layout, and typography for UI/UX development.
• A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Candidates must be based in Lahore
• The position includes an initial three-month probation period.

• Candidates with two or more years of WordPress development experience in a software house are preferred.
• Freelance experience will not be considered equivalent.
• Skills in logo design and graphic design are a plus.
• This is a full-time, on-site position.
