Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Customer Service

Greet children and parents warmly as soon as they enter.

Make kids feel safe and excited for their salon visit.

Answer calls, WhatsApp queries, and messages promptly and politely.

Manage appointment bookings and maintain an accurate schedule.

Explain services, packages, and pricing to parents clearly.

Handle check-ins and check-outs smoothly.

Provide updates to parents while their child is being serviced.

Operations & Coordination

Coordinate with stylists, senior staff, and assistants to ensure smooth workflow.

Keep track of daily activity — walk-ins, appointments, and service times.

Manage waiting area cleanliness and ensure it looks child-friendly at all times.

Maintain daily log sheets, closing reports, and basic administrative tasks.

Assist with handling inventory of front-desk items (brochures, chocolates, gift bags, etc.).

Professional Conduct & Culture

Maintain a friendly, patient, and respectful attitude with kids, parents, and team.

Support a positive, drama-free work environment.

Follow studio policies and uphold the Little Trims Studio brand standard.

Handle customer complaints calmly and escalate only when needed.

Sales & Upselling

Suggest add-on services, packages, or products when appropriate.

Inform parents about ongoing promotions or events.

Encourage repeat visits by providing excellent front-desk experience.

Qualifications

Minimum Intermediate / A-Levels.

Prior experience in customer service, reception, or salon/spa is a plus.

Training will be provided specifically for kids’ salon etiquette.

Work Hours

6 days a week

Weekends may be busier; flexibility required

Off-day schedule will be discussed during hiring
