Job Summary

As a Call Centre Agent placed through Alpha Alliance, you will handle inbound and/or outbound calls , assist customers with inquiries , resolve issues , and deliver a professional and friendly customer experience .

Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.

Make outbound calls to follow up on customer needs or service requests.

Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.

Update customer records and document interactions in CRM systems.

Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary.

Meet performance targets such as call quality, response time, and resolution rate.

Follow company guidelines, scripts, and quality standards.

Skills & Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Customer-oriented with excellent listening skills.

Basic computer proficiency (CRM tools, email, etc.).

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

High school diploma or equivalent (higher education is a plus).

Previous call centre or customer service experience is an advantage.

Working Conditions
