Job Description Sales & Operations Manager
Role Overview
We are seeking a detail oriented and analytical professional to manage the daily operations,
performance tracking, and financial health of multiple accounts. The ideal candidate will monitor
balances, oversee listings and promotions, optimize advertising performance, and maintain accurate
reporting to ensure consistent business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Balance & Financial Monitoring
Monitor account balances, payout status, and balance holds.
Resolve issues promptly and escalate with required proofs/screenshots when necessary.
Perform daily profit checks, ensure breakeven targets (e.g., 26% and new listing BE) are met, and follow up on accounts with unusually high profit margins (70%+).
Track and update profit notes, including international profit sources.
2. Account Performance Review
Conduct regular performance reviews across assigned accounts.
Compare sales, conversions, and growth trends between accounts to identify issues or opportunities.
Document findings and update performance sheets daily.
3. Listing, Target & Promotion Management
Verify that daily listing targets are met and ensure listing folders/sheets are updated accurately.
Follow up on new target accounts and accounts nearing listing targets.
Manage and monitor accounts participating in promotions (e.g., 12% promoted listings).
Ensure key metrics such as Payout Status (PA) and Breakeven (BE) are correctly maintained.
4. Advertising & Testing
Review ad dashboard performance and monitor campaign KPIs.
Conduct ad rate tests (e.g., testing 8% rates) for assigned accounts and report results.
5. Reporting & Communication
Conduct detailed reviews of high volume and mid volume accounts (e.g., ~7,000 and ~950 listings).
Respond to internal and client queries regarding account status, listings, or performance.
Update payout status (active, hold, review, etc.) in reporting sheets.
