We are seeking an experienced Upwork Bidder/Proposal Specialist to help secure high-quality projects through top-tier proposal writing, effective client communication, and basic project coordination.This role is not about mass bidding. We are looking for someone who understands Upwork’s algorithm, client psychology, and conversion-focused proposals.Who This Role Is For

Expert-level Upwork proposal writing (clear, customized, high-converting)

Strong English communication skills (written & conversational)

Ability to understand job requirements quickly and respond strategically

Experience with Upwork bidding strategies and connect optimization

Basic project management support after lead conversion

Ability to qualify leads and avoid low-quality or risky clients

Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset

Responsibilities

Write and submit custom proposals for relevant Upwork jobs

Communicate with clients professionally during the pre-sales stage

Help manage interviews and initial project discussions

Coordinate project details before handoff

Track proposal performance and improve conversion rates
