Job Overview

We are hiring a confident, growth-focused Business Development Executive who will act as a front-facing representative of the business. This role requires proactive client communication, lead generation, meetings, negotiations, and deal closures across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, Upwork, and other digital channels.

This position is ideal for business-oriented individuals who want real responsibility, revenue ownership, and fast growth in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, approach, and engage potential clients via LinkedIn, Upwork, email, and direct outreach

Conduct professional Zoom / Google Meet calls with prospects

Attend physical client meetings in Islamabad / Rawalpindi when required

Confidently present company services and convert leads into paying clients

Create short professional self-introduction or service overview videos

Maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely follow-ups

Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and project execution

Maintain CRM records, pipeline updates, and weekly progress reports

Understand business policies and protect commercial interests

Continuously learn new tools, platforms, and business strategies
