We specialize in providing compliance advisory, risk assessment, and due diligence services. We are currently seeking a Front Desk Officer with 2 years of experience to join our team in Islamabad, Pakistan

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and receive visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries; route communications accurately
  • Maintain visitor logs, issue access badges, and coordinate with security protocols
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and document deliveries
  • Maintain front desk appearance, meeting rooms, and reception areas
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and visitor scheduling
  • Support basic administrative tasks, filing, data entry, and document control
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth visitor and meeting flow
  • Ensure confidentiality of information and adherence to company policies
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative support as required by management
  • Responsible for opening and closing the office in accordance with approved working hours, and coordinating with Investigation Teams to facilitate reference calls, message handling, and call scheduling as required.
