Responsibilities:
- To manage the staff of around 20 Persons and the business - specifcally the Sales Vans Staff and the Shop staff
- Ensure the highest quality standards in production and presentation.
- Collaborate with the Production & Sales team to develop new products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area.
- Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
- Train and mentor junior baking staff to ensure consistent quality.
