We are a fast-growing agency and are seeking a highly skilled, proactive, and English-fluent professional to join our team as an SDR & Lead Generation Specialist who can also support virtual assistant tasks and junior development work when needed.

What You’ll Do

1 Lead Generation & Sales Outreach (Primary Responsibility)

  • Research and identify potential clients globally
  • Build and maintain a high-quality CRM database
  • Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Schedule meetings and follow-ups for the management team
  • Track performance and report progress

2 Virtual Assistant & Administrative Support (Secondary Responsibility)

  • Manage emails, calendars, and client communications
  • Prepare proposals, reports, and presentations
  • Assist in team organization and task tracking
  • Ensure smooth internal workflows and task follow-ups

3 Junior Development Support (Occasional / Minor Responsibility)

Support small web/app development tasks (HTML, CSS, JS, testing)

  • Collaborate with senior developers on minor assignments
  • Assist in QA and bug reporting for projects
  • Who We’re Looking For
  • Fluent English (spoken & written)
  • Proven experience in SDR, lead generation, or virtual assistant roles
  • Basic web/app development knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript or similar)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Comfortable working remotely with global clients
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce)
  • LinkedIn prospecting expertise
