We are a fast-growing, top-ranking eCommerce Account Reactivation Agency, specializing in Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, and Marketplace Account Reinstatement. Our clients range from small sellers to 7-figure brands across the US, UK, EU, and GCC regions.

We are expanding our sales team and looking for highly motivated, remote Sales & Lead Generation Executives who understand eCommerce sellers’ pain points and can convert conversations into booked assessment calls and closed clients.

Job Purpose

The primary role is to identify, contact, and qualify eCommerce sellers who need account reinstatement or compliance services, book assessment meetings, and follow up consistently until onboarding.

You will act as the front-line representative of our agency and a bridge between clients and the operations team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Actively find eCommerce sellers facing suspensions or performance issues via:
    • Facebook groups
    • LinkedIn
    • YouTube comments
    • Twitter/X
    • Reddit
    • Seller forums & communities
  • Identify sellers selling on:
    • Amazon
    • Walmart
    • TikTok Shop
    • Ebay
    • Etsy

Outreach & Communication

  • Initiate contact via:
    • WhatsApp
    • Facebook Messenger
    • LinkedIn InMail
    • Email (when required)
  • Use approved scripts while keeping communication human and personalized
  • Build trust and authority in conversations (not spammy outreach)

Sales & Appointment Setting

  • Qualify leads based on:
    • Type of suspension
    • Marketplace
    • Urgency & readiness
  • Schedule assessment / strategy calls with senior consultants
  • Maintain proper records of leads, conversations, and meeting status

Follow-ups & Closing Support

  • Perform systematic follow-ups to convert warm leads into paying clients
  • Handle objections professionally and escalate complex queries to seniors
  • Ensure smooth onboarding once the client agrees to proceed

Client & Internal Coordination

  • Act as a liaison between client and operations team when required
  • Ensure all necessary details and documents are collected before onboarding
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Daily qualified leads generated
  • Assessment calls booked per week
  • Conversion rate from lead → meeting → client
  • Follow-up consistency & response rate
  • Revenue contribution

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary (fixed) + High Commission per closed client 15,000 – 20,000 per month
