We are seeking an Assistant Manager HR with at least 1 year of experience to support our HR department.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in recruitment and selection processes
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Assist in organizing training programs and development workshops
