Role Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Amazon Account Manager who can take full ownership of client accounts — managing PPC campaigns, optimizing listings, solving catalog issues, and driving profitable growth. This role requires strong analytical skills, Amazon expertise, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Amazon Seller Central operations end-to-end
Create, monitor & optimize PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display)
Conduct keyword research and optimize product listings (titles, bullets, A+ content)
Monitor account health, suppression issues, stranded listings, and compliance alerts
Manage inventory forecasting, restock planning & shipment creation
Handle reimbursements, FBA cases, catalog merges, variations & backend fixes
Analyze weekly/monthly data reports to drive decisions (ACOS, TACOS, ROI, CVR)
Launch new products and develop growth strategies for clients
Communicate with clients professionally, providing updates and performance insights
Requirements
1–3+ years of proven experience managing Amazon accounts
Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central & PPC
Experience with tools like Helium10, Data Dive, Sellerboard, Scale Insights, Jungle Scout, Keepa, Ads Crafted (preferred)
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and reporting skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Bonus Skills
Experience in Amazon listing content writing
A+ Content and Storefront building
Basic graphic knowledge for content coordination
