Key Responsibilities
As a remote intern, you will support our team using remote desktop tools. Your tasks will include:
Remote Helpdesk: Acting as the first point of contact for employees facing software or access issues via email/Slack/Teams.
Software Configuration: Assisting with the installation and setup of software using tools like UltraViewer or AnyDesk.
Account Management: Helping manage user accounts for Office 365, Google Workspace, or other company tools (resetting passwords, creating new emails).
Troubleshooting: Diagnosing Internet connectivity issues, VPN access, and browser-related problems for staff members.
Documentation: Creating "How-To" guides and updating internal technical documentation.
System Health: Ensuring team members have the latest antivirus updates and system patches installed.
