Local SEO Manager (Full-Time, Remote)

Service Business Lead Generation | Junk Car / Auto Salvage Niche

We run a network of local lead generation websites and Google Business Profiles in the junk car / auto salvage space, plus a SaaS product (Junk Car Calculator) that converts website visitors into leads and paid customers.

We’re hiring a full-time Local SEO Manager to own organic growth and new asset expansion across this network.

This is an outcome-driven role. You will be measured on results, not busywork.

KPIs (What You’re Accountable For)

Increased organic call volume

Top 3 / Top 10 keyword rankings for priority local terms

Sales driven through the Junk Car Calculator from organic traffic

New lead-gen assets launched (sites & Google Business Profiles)

What You’ll Do

Build and execute local SEO strategy across multiple cities

Plan and launch new lead-gen sites and city assets

Keyword research and keyword-to-page mapping

Optimize pages (titles, headings, internal linking, schema, content structure)

Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles (posts, services, photos, categories, Q&A)

Design and run a safe, repeatable link-building system

Track rankings, calls, leads, and conversions

Create SOPs and help train junior VAs over time

Requirements

Proven experience ranking local service-based businesses

Can show examples of keywords/cities you’ve ranked

Strong Google Business Profile knowledge

Comfortable with tools like Ahrefs or SEMrush, Google Search Console, GA4

Clear communicator who understands business impact (calls & revenue)

Pay

$725 - $1100 USD per month (full-time)

Performance bonuses tied to KPIs

This is a long term role
