Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven B2B Technical Sales Executive to generate new business, manage client relationships, and close sales for pump systems and maintenance services. This role involves cold outreach, client meetings, quotations, and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and contact potential B2B clients (calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn)
Visit client sites when required (construction sites, factories, commercial buildings)
Understand customer requirements and propose suitable pump solutions
Prepare quotations and follow up until deal closure
Sell:
Pump supply & installation
Maintenance & service contracts
Firefighting pump systems
Maintain daily activity records in CRM or tracking sheet
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
Coordinate with technical team for solution delivery
Target Clients
Construction companies & contractors
Industrial plants & factories
Housing societies & property developers
Hotels, hospitals & commercial buildings
Agricultural farms & irrigation projects
Required Skills & Experience
1–3 years of B2B sales experience (technical/industrial preferred)
Strong communication skills (English & Urdu)
Comfortable with cold calling and field sales
Basic understanding of mechanical / industrial products (training provided)
Self-motivated and target-driven
Ability to follow up consistently and close deals
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
30–50 outbound calls per day
5–8 qualified leads per week
Monthly sales revenue targets
Number of closed deals
Maintenance contracts secured
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: PKR 80,000 – 120,000 (based on experience)
Commission: 5–10% on closed deals (paid after payment received)
Performance bonuses on recurring service contracts
