Job Overview
PrimeHaul360 Logistics is a fast-growing logistics & transportation company serving owner-operators and fleet carriers across the United States. We are hiring highly motivated driven and results-oriented Trucking Sales Executive (Carrier Acquisition) whose primary responsibility is to find, qualify, and onboard Trucking Companies and Carriers for our logistics & dispatch services.
This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, sales hunger, and an interest in the US trucking industry.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Islamabad, Pakistan. However, the possibility of Remote working will also be considered. The role involves identifying and acquiring new Trucking Companies, Carriers, carrier relationships, managing trucking services, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and developing strong partnerships. Additional responsibilities include maintaining an up-to-date understanding of the trucking industry and delivering exceptional service to clients while achieving business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Carrier Acquisition & Sales
Prospect, actively source, identify and contact owner-operators, trucking companies andcarriers via:
- Industry databases
- Cold calling
- Online lead sources and tools
- Clearly explain:
- How dispatching works
- Our value proposition and next steps
Lead Qualification
Qualify carriers based on:
- Active MC number
- Equipment type
- Authority status
- Willingness to dispatch with us
- Identify serious vs non-serious prospects
Carrier Onboarding
- Manage the entire carrier onboarding process from start to finish, ensuring all required paperwork is collected and verified
- Send onboarding forms and required documents
- Follow up until completion
- Ensure accurate and complete information before handoff
CRM & Reporting
- Log all calls, messages, and outcomes in the tracking system
- Update daily activity reports (calls, conversations, onboardings)
- Maintain clean and accurate records for commission validation
Coordination
- Coordinate with dispatch team for smooth carrier handoff
- Communicate any carrier concerns or requirements
Performance Targets (KPIs)
- 50–80 calls per day
- 5–10 meaningful conversations daily
- 1–2 qualified carriers per day
- Consistent onboarding and activation
