Key Responsibilities
You will assist the Purchasing Manager with daily remote operations, including:
Vendor Communication: Contacting suppliers via phone and email to get quotations and check product availability.
Online Sourcing: Identifying potential new suppliers online and comparing prices to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Documentation: Preparing Purchase Orders (POs) and maintaining digital records of invoices and receipts.
Order Tracking: Following up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods to our warehouse/office.
