Job Description We are hiring a Remote Healthcare Recruiter to join our team and work directly with US clients. This is a 100% work-from-home opportunity for candidates based in Pakistan who have strong English communication skills and are confident making daily cold calls to healthcare professionals. If you have experience in sales, call center operations, telemarketing, recruitment, or customer support and want exposure to international clients, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to healthcare providers (doctors, nurse practitioners, physician assistants) across the US
• Source and engage potential candidates through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Screen candidates to assess their qualifications, availability, and communication skills
• Maintain accurate candidate records in our internal database
• Follow up with candidates regularly and build long-term professional relationships
• Coordinate with the US-based recruiting team to match candidates with job openings
• Meet daily and monthly call targets and recruitment goals
