Job Title: Data Entry Operator

Job Description:

• Enter, update, and verify sales, purchase, and inventory data in the company’s computer systems.
• Maintain accurate records of stock movements, supplier invoices, and customer orders.
• Ensure timely and error-free data entry for invoices, purchase orders, and delivery challans.
• Manage and update daily stock records and sales/purchase reports.
• Assist the finance and sales teams with data-related tasks and documentation.
• Perform regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to obtain updated stock and product information.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and customer data.
