Job Overview

Selale Hub is hiring experienced, self-driven sales closers for a performance-based sales role.

This position involves selling high-value, structured business offers starting from PKR 90,000 and above.
Backend execution, operations, and delivery are fully handled by Selale Hub your sole responsibility is sales & closing.

This is NOT an internship and NOT a fixed-salary role.
This role is for individuals who are confident in closing deals and want uncapped, performance-based earnings.

Earnings & Compensation

Commission Structure

The more you close, the higher your commission percentage.

Base commission: 5% on every successfully closed & recovered deal

Monthly Performance Boost

Close 3 recovered deals → 7% commission

Close 5 recovered deals → 10% commission

Commission is calculated only on paid / recovered amounts

Unpaid or pending deals are not counted

Fuel Allowance:

PKR 5,000 (performance-linked)

Paid once sales activity and onboarding start

Designed to support active field movement

Deal Size

Packages start from PKR 90,000+

No upper earning limit

Higher closures = higher income

Responsibilities

Handle assigned leads professionally

Pitch Selale Hub business offers confidently

Close deals and ensure payment recovery

Coordinate with backend team after closing

Maintain basic sales reporting
