Canadian Wise Foods is seeking a motivated and energetic Order Booker to join our team in the spice and recipe mix industry. The Order Booker will play a critical role in expanding market reach by visiting retail stores, distributors, and markets to book orders for So Eezee spices, recipe mixes, and instant Kashmiri chai products. This position requires building and maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring excellent product availability and visibility at retail outlets. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving and time management skills, be able to work independently, and have at least one year of experience in sales or order processing. In addition to directly generating sales, the Order Booker will lead and manage a team of 15 persons, ensuring that team members meet their sales targets and maintain excellent customer service standards. This role requires effective communication and coordination with the supply and distribution teams to guarantee timely product delivery and accurate sales reporting. The position also involves providing market insights on competitor products, pricing strategies, and customer demand to help the company stay competitive.
Responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail shops, distributors, and markets daily to engage with clients and book orders for So Eezee products.
• Manage and support a team of 15 sales representatives, providing guidance and motivation to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain strong, trusting relationships with shopkeepers and distributors to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Ensure product availability, proper display, and optimal visibility of So Eezee spices, recipe mixes, and instant Kashmiri chai products in retail outlets.
• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by Canadian Wise Foods.
• Provide detailed market feedback regarding competitor products, pricing, and consumer demand to inform business strategies.
• Coordinate closely with the supply and distribution team to confirm timely and accurate delivery of customer orders.
• Record and maintain accurate sales data, compiling and submitting daily sales reports to management.
• Effectively use a mobile phone and personal transportation, such as a bike, to facilitate daily operations and customer visits.
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills to efficiently cover assigned territories and maximize order bookings.
• Resolve customer queries and issues promptly, applying problem-solving skills to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures during all sales and order booking activities.
