Position Overview

LiveGreeter/LiveAdmins is seeking a seasoned, results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to lead our growth in the North American market. This role is designed for a strategic "hunter" who thrives on closing high-value deals and building long-term partnerships.

At LiveGreeter, we don’t believe in leaving our closers on an island. While you will have the total autonomy to identify and develop your own leads, you will be backed by our dedicated Lead Generation Department. This team consistently feeds your pipeline with a mix of fresh prospects and nurtured existing leads, ensuring you spend less time on manual prospecting and more time on high-impact closing.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Sales Mastery: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract execution for our suite of SaaS and live chat solutions.

Hybrid Lead Strategy: Proactively hunt for new business opportunities while efficiently managing and closing warm leads provided by our internal Lead Gen team.

US Market Expansion: Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the US landscape, focusing on solving complex business problems with LiveAdmins' world-class service model.

Consultative Presentations: Lead professional product demonstrations and discovery sessions with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
