Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee telemetry and communication systems to maintain continuous operational control and data accuracy.
• Conduct real-time monitoring of all operational activities using specialized remote monitoring and control software.
• Implement and uphold standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with established operational protocols at all times.
• Execute shift handover protocols to guarantee smooth transitions between control room shifts, including detailed briefings and reporting.
• Support site-based personnel by providing immediate guidance and assistance with operational challenges and emergencies.
• Handle incoming calls professionally and efficiently, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution of queries or alerts.
• Monitor staff booking systems to ensure all personnel register their on and off times accurately to maintain operational records.
• Utilize workflow automation tools to enhance efficiency and streamline control room tasks and reporting processes.
• Create detailed operational reports using reporting tools to document and communicate control room activities and incidents.
• Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy to maintain integrity of real-time and historical operational data.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to maintain communication system integrity and troubleshoot any operational issues.
• Maintain a calm and focused demeanor in high-pressure situations to support critical decision-making processes.
• Stay updated on advancements in control room technologies and operational best practices to continually improve performance.
