We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to focus on sales prospecting and business development. The ideal candidate will identify and engage potential clients, build relationships, and generate opportunities to grow our freight forwarding services. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, persistence, and a passion for sales in the logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
• Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media outreach.
• Develop and maintain a prospective client database.
• Present and explain Cargo Solution Services’ freight forwarding solutions to potential clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to convert them into clients.
• Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management.
