Position Title: Performance Marketing Specialist (Real Estate)
Location: Head Office, Plot# 55-A, SMCHS, Karachi
Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Role Summary:

We are seeking a Performance Marketer to design, run, and optimize paid campaigns that generate qualified property leads. The role focuses on ROI-driven media buying, lead funnels, and real estate-specific conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run paid campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.
• Track CPL, CTR, and lead-to-sale ratios.
• Test creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
• Maintain lead dashboards and optimize in real-time.
• Collaborate with sales team for follow-ups and feedback.

KPIs:

• Generate ≥ 1000 qualified leads per month.
• CPL ≤ PKR 900.
• Ad CTR ≥ 3%.
• Conversion rate ≥ 12%.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• 2–3 years of paid media experience.
• Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite.
• Data-driven and performance-oriented mindset.
