We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Manager to lead sales operations, expand market reach, and drive revenue growth across our flour mills and slaughterhouse business units.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Build and manage distributor and dealer networks
Identify new markets and business opportunities
Maintain strong relationships with key clients
Coordinate closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales goals
Monitor competitor activity and market trends
