Job Description
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing SMS marketing campaigns and supporting daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and execute bulk SMS marketing campaigns for clients
Assist customers with SMS gateway services and messaging solutions
Maintain accurate client records and campaign performance reports
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth campaign operations
Handle basic office administration tasks
Ensure professional and timely communication with clients
Required Skills
Basic computer and internet proficiency
Good verbal and written communication skills
Professional attitude and workplace discipline
Responsible, punctual, and eager to learn
Prior experience in marketing or customer support (preferred but not mandatory)
Salary & Benefits
