BrightCode Digital Tech is looking for motivated and goal-oriented Sales Agents to join our growing team and build a strong professional career in the digital industry.

Position: Sales Agent

• Location: Onsite – Paragon City, Lahore
• Shift Timing: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)
• Gender: Male & Female Candidates Welcome

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound client communications
• Convert leads into successful sales
• Maintain professional relationships with clients
• Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of conversations and sales activity

Requirements:

• Good English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Strong confidence and convincing power
• Sales mindset with the ability to close deals
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Punctual, responsible, and professional attitude
• Previous sales experience is a plus (but not mandatory)
