Job Description
We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) with proven experience in the SaaS industry and strong expertise in generating business through freelance platforms and professional networks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and closing SaaS projects through Fiverr, Upwork, Guru.com, Freelancer.com, LinkedIn, and other platforms, while also building long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate SaaS project leads through platforms like Fiverr, Upwork, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Develop and implement strategies to expand client base and maximize revenue.
Write effective proposals and present tailored SaaS solutions to potential clients.
Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with customers.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align business development goals.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive lead generation and deal closure.
Stay updated with SaaS industry trends and competitor strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in business development within SaaS/software industry.
Strong expertise in Fiverr, Upwork, LinkedIn, and other freelancing/business platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to create winning proposals and close deals independently.
