We’re looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to help us grow our client base and expand internationally.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, email, Upwork, and other platforms

- Build and manage strong relationships with potential clients

- Conduct discovery calls and understand client requirements

- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations

- Coordinate with technical and project teams for solutioning

- Maintain CRM and sales pipeline

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

- Stay updated on market trends and competitors

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred)

1–3 years of experience in IT services / software sales / B2B sales

Strong communication and negotiation skills (English required)

Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, or cold outreach is a plus

Understanding of software development, AI, or SaaS is a bonus

Self-driven, target-oriented, and result-focused mindset
