Overview

We are hiring a Social Media Manager to manage and grow our presence across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. This role includes daily posting, trend research, algorithm understanding, basic editing, community engagement, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all social media accounts and ensure daily posting (Reels/Shorts/Posts/Stories)

Create platform-specific content and improve content packaging (hooks, captions, hashtags)

Trend research + competitor analysis to create timely, relevant content

Basic editing for short videos (cuts, subtitles, music timing, thumbnails)

Community management: respond to comments/DMs professionally

Plan weekly/monthly content calendar aligned with business goals

Track performance using insights/analytics and optimize based on KPIs

Prepare weekly/monthly reports (reach, views, watch time, followers, leads)

Coordinate with the team for campaigns, announcements, and launches

Requirements

Proven experience managing business social accounts (portfolio/links required)

Strong understanding of Reels/Shorts/TikTok growth + algorithms

Good English writing + communication skills (Urdu is a plus)

Comfortable with tools like CapCut/VN/Premiere + Canva

Organized, consistent, and able to meet deadlines (office-based routine)

Bonus (Preferred)

Experience in logistics/sourcing/e-commerce content

Basic knowledge of SEO/analytics and content strategy
