We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Tele-Sales Executive to join our team. As a Tele-Sales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, identifying their digital marketing needs, and offering tailored solutions to help grow their business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound B2B sales calls to potential clients using researched data.
- Present and sell our digital marketing services, including web development, SEO, social media marketing, and etc.
- Identify customer pain points and propose customized solutions.
- Follow up with leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets and goals.
- Accurately record customer interactions in the CRM.
