Core Responsibilities

Client Onboarding & Operations

• Facilitate account openings by coordinating document collection and form management.
• Act as the operational liaison to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.
• Execute day-to-day administrative reporting to ensure data integrity.

Business Development & Research

• Perform targeted research to identify new customer segments and high-growth areas.
• Conduct cold-calling campaigns to introduce services to prospective clients.
• Track and report on lead conversion and outreach efficacy.

Digital Content & Analytics

• Manage company social media platforms and community engagement.
• Create informational stock market content using AI-driven video production tools.
• Develop and maintain Excel dashboards to monitor performance metrics and client response trends.
